Harry Potter Butterbeer Recipe:
- 1/2 cup of cream soda
- 1/4 cup of cool wipe
- 1/4 cup of rum extract
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 cup of ice cream
- caramel as desired
Blend on low and serve with a spoonful of cool whip on top and a caramel drizzle
